• Cooperate with SSAI personnel during service delivery
• Follow all applicable safety and security guidelines
Failure to comply may affect service delivery.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to engagement.
You agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees on time
• Follow agreed billing terms
SSAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Service Limitations
While SSAI aims to provide reliable and professional services, we do not guarantee that all risks or incidents can be prevented.
Security services reduce risk but do not eliminate it entirely.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SSAI shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information obtained during the course of the service, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, materials, and processes used by SSAI remain the property of SSAI unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.
9. Termination
SSAI may suspend or terminate Services if:
• These Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Continued service is not feasible or safe
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Changes to These Terms
SSAI may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our official platforms. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
